Simple SketchUp file only showing doorways (no windows) middle section empty for stairs.
Turned my wire frame into a house that shows enfilade architecture with doors inlined on each side of the house, showing it being flood resistant as a mezzanine house. I will have the bottom floor able to be flooded, it will only be stairs on that floor. I will have to look at drainage for that floor.
Looking at raised houses, protecting them from rising waters.
Wolfgang Tschapeller Architekt- This structure and these materials are similar to what I want for my house. Geometric box shapes, and sturdy concrete able to be drained of water.
