When thinking about spatial gesture I wanted to incorporate the motion of knife cuts when preparing food. The colours start dull to show the stainless steel benches that are empty and ready to create on. There is an increase with colour as food is 'added' and decrease in dark knife motions. It is all set in boxes to show how my client is organized, eventually creating an organized mess with plenty of color to show taste and excitement as it is a ritual that my client is able to do while interacting with others.
I made a mock up to have a visual concept before refining.
